I have a legitimate question and I am not trying to start a fight. I keep reading that there were 6 child abuse lawsuits that settled for 13 million dollars. How do people like Barbara Anderson or JWSurvey or JWFacts come up with this number? It was a sealed number is this just pure speculation and what you hope it cost. The Fessler final settlement was sealed but there were reports that the initial offer was about $150K, the Lopez initial settlement offer was 66K, according to court documents. So how do you come up with these numbers?

festivals, concerts), there will be admittance controls in stadiums.. - at each entrance, there will be a massive presence of attendants that look at each visitor.. - there will be pocket checks at the entrance.. - suspicious persons are no longer left on the convention grounds.. - suppliers to the stadium will be intensively inspected by attendants.. - there will be a special sign for attendants that must enter the stadium before 7.30 am.
all others (even all attendants) can only enter after 7.30 am..

This is going to be a pretty easy one to confirm or not confirm. If people report it happening to a number of sites including at assembly hall sites then it is an organisational directive if not it is probably specific to the site and what the management of that site requires to rent out space.

they certainly could have written that part much better and clearer as to what they mean but I can think of at least 3 or 4 reasons why they may say this.
First, is that some child pornographers incorrectly think that if they take pictures of children in either underwear or in swimming wear that they won't be charged with the creation of child pornography. So it is possible that they were meaning to help parents teach their children that if someone is trying to take pictures of them in immodest dress such as in their bathing suits or in their underwear that is wrong and they need to tell their parents that this is happening.
Second, that some girls may develop more womanly features at a younger age than their parents were hoping for or that their peers are and that they have to become aware of that and learn how to dress more appropriate with their changing body at a younger age.
Third, this talk is for all children even those that are still under age but are in their mid teens and that some people who they may consider as their cool older friends may want to take advantage of their naivety and want to get them to dress more inappropriately around them.
